Born in Figueira da Foz (Portugal) in 1986, he has graduated from Lisbon Superior Music School (Bacherol’s and Master Degree).

He began his musical studies with Antonio Jesus and, subsequently studied saxophone at Music Conservatory David Sousa with José António Firme, at Professional School Music Espinho with Francisco Ferreira and at School Music of Lisbon with José Massarrão.

In 2008 he was admitted at National Republican Guard Symphonic Band – Portugal.

He has performed as soloist with the National Conservatory Music School Wind Orchestra, Cascais & Oeiras Chamber Orchestra and with the National Republican Guard Symphonic Band of Portugal. He has won prizes at several saxophone contests, namely, in “II Competition
Music Land La Sallette “(2007),” Young Musicians Award “RTP / Antena2 and” IV
Saxophone International Competition Vitor Santos “(2012).

He has performed in Portugal, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic and Taiwan.
